NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006323 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank, successor by merger to National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and John R. Rhodes; Diane Rhodes; Unknown Spouse of John R. Rhodes, if any; and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 18, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block 2, White Wood Terrace, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
