NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 13 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4544, Pages 683 through 740, inclusive and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 104 through 106, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 113 Caryl Way, Oldsmar, Florida, 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 20, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
