NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about June 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007903 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Marta Susana Pagani, Cramer Financial Group, Inc., Dawn Thompson Pool Care, Greenhaven Unit One Association, Inc., Alberto H. Pagani, Pinellas County, Florida, Tenant #1 n/k/a Wayne Forrest, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 32, GREENHAVEN UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF LOT 31 OF THE SAID “GREENHAVEN UNIT ONE” RECORDED SUBDIVISION MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 32; THENCE ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE SAID LOT 31 NORTH 67 DEGREES 26'26” EAST, 10.48 FEET; THENCE PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE SAID LOT 32 SOUTH 26 DEGREES 56'56” EAST, 15.97 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 13 DEGREES 35'03” EAST, 45.21 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SAID EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 32; THENCE ALONG THE SAID EASTERLY LINE NORTH 26 DEGREES 56'56” WEST, 60.76 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
