YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 1, less the North 80 feet thereof, G.W. Perkins replat, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The street address of which is 531 16th Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705.
has been filed against you in the Pinellas County Circuit Court in the matter of AS Diomedes LLC v. Mordecai Walker, et al., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it, on Plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is J. Andrew Baldwin, THE SOLOMON LAW GROUP, P.A., 1881 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33606, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court, on or before 30 days after first publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
