NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-002026-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J BAIOCCO, THE VILLAGE ON ISLAND ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on SEPTEMBER 20, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 803, the Village of Island Estates, a condominium, Phase VIII, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 105 through 108, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the declaration of condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4878, Pages 1988 through 2046, inclusive, and amended thereto recorded in O.R. Book 5131, Page 215 through 222, inclusive, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said Amendment adding Phase VIII, and XIII and other amendments thereto adding additional Phase as provided for in the said declaration of condominium WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
