YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 11428-3, Building 8, of WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5206, Pages 1985 through 2108, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 106 through 136, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by September 23, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
