Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 30, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 30, FOREST HILL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1300 21st ST S, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 337122722; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
