Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem dated August 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 10-011475-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ING BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and JULIE MCCULLOCH-MIRAMONTES, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 18, AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK 2, BAY POINT ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 8 AND 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
