NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 23, 2013, in Case No. 52-2012-CA-008280 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor By Merger With Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Dorothy L. Lyczak A/K/A Dotty L. Lyzak, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, ROGERS-SCOTT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
