NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-007194-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as successor trusteeto Bank of America, N.A. as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Myrna Aviles; Unknown Spouse of Myrna Aviles; Patricia Narganes; Unknown Spouse of Patricia Narganes; AE Manus Mortgages, LLC; Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC as Assignee of Cavalry SPV I, LLC as Assignee of Ford Credit US; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, GULF TO BAY ESTATES UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
