NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-015779 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JOSINE PULLEN, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 3, AND ALL OF LOT 11, BLOCK 3, KNOLLWOOD REPLAT , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
