NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10007330CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE 5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5, Plaintiff, and, GAUSE, KEVIN GUNNER, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 26TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property:
LOTS 4, 5, 6 AND THE WEST 8 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 6, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUXE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
