NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-000159, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CECILIA K. SAPIENZA; JOSEPH M. SAPEINZA; THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE TENANT N/K/A FAY BRETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CECELIA K. SAPIENZA, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on- September 11, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. V-7, PHASE 13, THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1480, PAGE 1861 THROUGH 1976, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
