NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001033, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CARLOS A. LOPEZ, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS A. LOPEZ are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, BONITA SHORES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
