NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of September, 2010, and entered in Case No. 482010CA007264A001OX, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, ANDOVER LAKES PHASE 3-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 20-23 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
