NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-027671-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC3, is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE D. FRAZIER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 72, OF COBBLEFIELD, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 34 AT PAGES 148 & 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
