Final Judgment was awarded on August 2, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-015746-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and, QUANG H. QUACH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF QUANG H. QUACH; ROBINSON HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A TRIEN QUACH; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Colleen M. Reilly, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on September 12, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
