Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001960 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Dawn Chimento-McManus a/k/a Dawn M. Chimento a/k/a Dawn Chimento are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on October 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 630, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION TWENTY-THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREA, AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1240, PAGE 1987, AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2939, PAGE 1134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
