You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of Mary Yacyniak, deceased, File Number 13-CP-1117, by the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 51167, Punta Gorda, FL 33951-1687; that the Decedent's date of death was January 28, 2013; that the total value of the Estate is $5,000.00; and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such Order are:
