UNIT E-105, OAK FORREST CONDOMINIUM, A REPLAT OF OAKS I, PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 35A AND OAKS II, PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 47A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8 AT PAGES 48A THROUGH 48C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 16TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1983 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 754 AT PAGE 1324, ET. SEQ., AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 24TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1984, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 762 AT PAGE 2156, ET. SEQ. AND DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF OAK FORREST DATED THE 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1988, FILED FOR RECORD DECEMBER 30, 1988 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1014 AT PAGE 424 AND RE-RECORDED AUGUST 1, 1989 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1052 AT PAGE 743, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
