NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-referenced case on August 20, 2013, that I will sell the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida.
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 59, and 60, Block 199, Tropical Gulf Acres, Unit 9, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 63, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m. on October 10, 2013.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
