YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Charlotte, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
LOT 35 IN BLOCK 4354 OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION SEVENTY-ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 27A THROUGH 27P, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 14257 Whitcomb Lane, Port Charlotte, Florida 33981.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before servicing on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
