Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on August 12, 2013, the Clerk will sell the following real property, which is situated in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT A, of LOT 32 CREEKWOOD EAST CORPORATE PARK, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2263, Page 1708, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Pages 21 and 22, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
