NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause of action in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
2624 Reserve Place, Bradenton, FL 34207, more particularly described as:

Lot 3, Block 1, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 7, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 60, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (“the Property”),
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with the said Final Judgment and with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 18, 2013, at 11 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
