Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 15, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
EAST 99 FEET, MEASURED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH LINES OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: BEGIN 20 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 482.38 FEET ALONG 30TH STREET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 211 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO 29TH STREET; THENCE SOUTH 114.4 FEET; THENCE WEST 211 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO 30TH STREET; THENCE NORTH 113.8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 204 29TH STREET WEST, BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
