Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 12, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
VILLA NO. 157, OF PARKWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, UNIT NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 529 AT PAGE 687, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2223 ORANGE BLOSSOM LN, BRADENTON, FL 34207; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
