NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 16th, 2013, in Case No.: 2011-CA-006142, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida., DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. KONKOL; SUSAN R. KONKOL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BMO HARRIS BANK, NA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO M&I ILSLEY BANK, LEXINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; AND TENANT, are defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 17, 2013 at 11:00am, at the Manatee County Courthouse, at the Manatee County Real foreclosure website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 157, of LEXINGTON, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42 at Page 155 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Also described as 5711 114th Drive East, Parrish, Florida 34219
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
