NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 14, 2013, in Case No.: 2008-CA-003068, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida., CASTLE PEAK 2012-1 LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2012-1, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and MARK PARSONS a/k/a MARK A. PARSONS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK PARSONS a/k/a MARK A. PARSONS IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COUNTRY MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 17, 2013 at 11:00am, at the Manatee County Courthouse, at the Manatee County Real foreclosure website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 1076, of COUNTRY MEADOWS PHASE I, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, at Page 73 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Property Address: 14731 NE 2nd Avenue Circle, Bradenton, Florida 34212.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
