NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 14, 2013 in Case No. 2013 CA 1226, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on September 18, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 49, TANGLEWOOD PATIO HOMES, Phase III, a condominium, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 910, Pages 664 through 728, as amended, and as shown in Condominium Book 9, Page 92, and revised in Condominium Book 10, page 5, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
