NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 08/14/2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 006587 Div D of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and LAURA AGUILAR f/k/a laura partridge, frANKLIN AGUILAR, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a ALYSSA AGUILAR, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on Sept 17, 2013, beginning at 11:00 A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 16, Block N, SANDPOINTE ESTATES, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 104, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
