NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 11, WHITEFIELD COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 15-16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 7210 MEADOWBROOK DRIVE, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34243.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST) on the 18th day of September, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
