NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2008-CA-011480-AX, in which MARINERS ATLANTIC PORTFOLIO, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and Donna Lucero, Gerald Lucero, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Wilmington Finance, A Division of AIG Federal Savings Bank c/o Electronic Data Systems Corporation, R.A., Gates Creek Association, Inc. c/o Advanced Management of Southwest, The Independent Savings Plan Company, d/b/a ISPC, Capital One Bank (USA), National Association, f/k/a Capital On, Shlishey the Best Incorporated as Trustee for the Twice as Nice #800 Land Trust; and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the Property, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 53, Gates Creek Unit 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page(s) 145 through 149, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A/K/A 316 116th Street East, Bradenton, Florida 34212.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am. on the 1st day of October, 2013, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim Within 60 days after the sale.
