NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004376, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and CLIFF L. HARRIKISSOON JR; FOSTER'S CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, FOSTER'S CREEK, UNIT III, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
