NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2011 CA 005145 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 25th day of September, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN 117 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK C, “HAZELHURST SUBDIVISION”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE S 30°39`26” E, 63.98 FEET; THENCE S 00°26`31” E, 31.55 FEET; THENCE S 63°49`58” E, 207.35 FEET; TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST GREENWOOD DRIVE AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, SAID POINT BEING A POINT ON A CURVE, CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHEAST, HAVING A RADIUS OF 391.78 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY, ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 08°46`29”, A DISTANCE OF 60.00 FEET (CHORD = 59.94 FEET; CHORD BEARING = N 35°32`17” E); THENCE N 63°49`58” W, 160.00 FEET; THENCE N 41°08`06” W, 76.34 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MARION STREET AS SHOWN ON AFOREMENTIONED PLAT OF HAZELHURST SUBDIVISION; THENCE N 88°51`39” W, ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 60.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCE THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
