NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008542 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Stephanie J. Bryant are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, REGAL OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 89 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
