NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 9665, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL E. JOHNSON; JOY H. JOHNSON; LAKEBRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of September, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 49, OF LAKEBRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1078, PAGES 289 THROUGH 361 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16 PAGES 21 THROUGH 26 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17 PAGE 43 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
