NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 005973, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and RICHARD F. MILLER (DECEASED); VIRGINIA A. MILLER; JOHN DOE UKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION N/K/A MICHAEL KNOTT; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION N/K/A DAN CALHOUN, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE SOUTH 165 FEET; THENCE WEST 264 FEET; THENCE NORTH 165 FEET; THENCE EAST 264 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 35, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
