NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 003656, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ONE WEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY MARIE SORENSON, MEADOWCROFT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, TIMOTHY SORENSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5707, PARCEL “Z,” MEADOWCROFT, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 962, PAGE 604 AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 187 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
