NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013CA002711, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and JOHN B. MITCHELL; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC; BONITA S. MITCHELL; UNKNOWN TENANT; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE BB AKA GREENBOOK DALE, UNIT NUMBER 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 135-141, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
