Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem, dated August 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 006455, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and DAVID C WILSON, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 4353, HERITAGE HARBOUR PHASE 1, SUBPHASE E, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 107 THROUGH 129, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 17th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
