NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on September 24, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Lot 19 and 20, of Block D, GRANADA TERRACE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 157, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT the portion thereof vested in the Petitioners in Condemnation Case No. 3580 in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, by virtue of that certain Order of Taking recorded in Circuit Court Minutes Book 24, Page 469, of said records.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
