NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 16, 2013, in Civil Case No. 2010CA0042330001XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and KEVIN JOHN SWEETING; JAYNE SWEETING; JANYE LESLEY SWEETING; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on SEPTEMBER 16, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 61, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 5. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
