notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated AUGUST 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0907327CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SAMI S. SHAUIPI; and ENRJETA J. SHUAIPI; and EMERALD WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida,, at 11:00 A.M. on the 16 day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT M-11, EMERALD WOODS CONDOMINIUM PHASE V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING OT THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1284, PAGES 131 THROUGH 255, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NO. 236
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM , YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
