NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated August 16, 2013, and Orders entered in Uniform Case No.: 2012 CA 3931 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THOMAS B. WOODS and SUZANNE WOODS are the Plaintiffs and THOMAS A. MILLER and JOYCE M. MILLER, Husband and Wife; HCA HEALTH SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC., d/b/a BLAKE MEDICAL CENTER, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; and 11004 SANCTUARY, LLC are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Commencing at a Point 150 feet East of the NW Corner of the NE 1/4 of NW of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, for the place of beginning, thence East 50 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence West 150 feet, thence North 150 feet, to place of beginning, except 20 feet of the North side for a street, all situated in Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
