NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
UNIT B-405, PHASE II, LAKE VISTA RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2154, PAGE 216, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NUMBER B-14, PHASE II, AND STORAGE SPACE NUMBER B-7, PHASE II, EACH AS A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE REFERENCED CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST) on the 20th day of September, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
