NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2013, and entered in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-006454-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LANSDOWNE MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and PAUL S. TERNES and CARRIE A. TERNES are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 10, CAPE COD ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, at Page 79 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
A/K/A: 29 Willoughby Drive, Naples, FL 34110
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
