NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 008138 AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT L. DUNNE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5644, AVISTA OF PALM-AIRE, CONDOMINIUM, SECTION II, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1147, PAGE 1487, ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO; RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1206, PAGE 1995 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1206, PAGE 1277 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 8 THROUGH 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
