NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001153, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF6 BERMUDA MRA TRUST, is Plaintiff and MARY ANN DORICS; RODNEY DORICS; POMELLO RANCHES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 64, IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, OF POMELLO PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THOSE PORTIONS OF VACATED ROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY LYING WITHIN THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LOT, AS DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 315, PAGE 453, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
