NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000971 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and JUNGKUN CENTOFANTI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNGKUN CENTOFANTI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, IT'S SUCCESSOR AND OR ASSIGNS; THE BLUE HERON OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 8-302, THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3305 PAGES 0656 THROUGH 0758, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
A/K/A 7819 REGAL HERON CR 8-302, NAPLES, FL 34104
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
