NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000970 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR6 is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO HERNANDEZ; VIRGINIA T. HERNANDEZ A/K/A VIRGINIA TRUJILLO A/K/A VIRGINIA TRUJILLO MUNOZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A DABINET VARONA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 19, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
